1. Scope of Service
We provide digital solutions, including affordable web design, ICT networking services, WIFI solutions, and internet packages tailored to businesses in Malaysia. When you engage us, we promise to deliver these services to the best of our ability.
2. Payment Terms
We require a 50% downpayment before starting any project and the remaining 50% upon completion. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds once the project has started, so please be sure before committing.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of your project, you agree to:
- Provide us with all necessary information, materials, and access needed for the project.
- Respond promptly and adhere to any deadlines we set together.
- Make sure you’re clear on what you need—we work fast-fast, so changes midway might incur extra charges.
4. Ownership Rights
Once the service is fully completed and handed over, you get full ownership of your product (e.g., the website). However, things like domain names, hosting, or email services are from third-party providers, so ownership and terms for those will follow the third party’s rules.
5. Service Termination
Usually, we won’t terminate a project unless there are serious issues like non-payment or a breakdown in communication. If either party wants to stop the project halfway, we can discuss it case-by-case. However, any downpayment made is non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive for excellence, but we’re not liable for:
- Delays or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain providers).
- Data loss or security breaches if it’s beyond our control.
- Downtime or errors related to third-party integrations.
Basically, we cover what’s within our power, but things outside our control (e.g., hosting server crashes, etc.) are not our responsibility.
7. Governing Law
Our services and this agreement are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled according to Malaysian law.
